Welcome to the official website of the Mar Thoma Church of Greater Washington. We are located at 322 Ethan Allen Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland which is less than 8 miles from the nation’s capital, Washington DC. Mar Thoma Church of Greater Washington, established in 1973 is one of the parishes under the Diocese of North America and Europe of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church of India. We have Worship services in both English and Malayalam on alternate Sundays. Rev. M. M. John is the Vicar of our Church.
